We help people recognise and support those at risk, whilst also raising awareness and breaking the stigma. We would like more volunteers to train as suicide first aiders.

We tackle isolation and reduce carbon running two bus routes around town and the surrounding villages. We also run a monthly travel club taking members of our community to interesting venues. And we always need volunteer drivers!

As Devon’s only wildlife and natural environment charity we need volunteers to support the diversity of our wildlife, help people enjoy and care about the natural world and safeguard it for the future.
EMF Aware Totnes
We are a local interest group for the better understanding of the damage to human health and all living beings of Radio Frequency technologies through information, advice, support and campaigns.

Plastic Free Totnes
We campaign and take action to reduce single use and unnecessary plastic, as well as reduce the pollution and litter it creates. Please join us to take action and spread awareness.
We provide space and support for local businesses to promote a strong, resilient and equitable local economy. Could you offer us any of your time or expertise to help young ethical businesses thrive?
We reduce waste and landfill by repairing and upcycling furniture and other items we then sell in our Dartington shop, and run a monthly repair cafe. We urgently need more help to upcycle goods or run the shop.
We promote friendship and service, setting up schemes such as Shelter Box. With social gatherings, great speakers and fundraising events we support the community here and abroad.

We are a community farm growing lovely organic vegetables and herbs for you. We offer great opportunities to learn how to grow more food and just get your hands in the soil.

We help elderly and vulnerable clients to live independently at home. Our volunteers provide transport, Memory Café, lunch and activity clubs and we urgently need more drivers.
